Complaints and Appeals
We want every programme to go right. When something doesn't, whether that's how we've handled it or a decision made by an authority we represent you to, raising it should be simple. Tell us below and we will pick it up directly.

Tell Us What Happened
Whether it is a complaint about our own service or you need help preparing an appeal against a VCA or Kiwa decision, this goes straight to our team. You can also email admin@kam-auto.in directly.
Appeals against a certification decision
KaM Auto represents you to the certification and type-approval authorities we work with. We do not make the certification decision ourselves, so a formal appeal, against a failed audit, a rejected application, or a suspended or withdrawn certificate, has to go through that authority's own process. Submit the form and we will help you prepare it and make sure it reaches the right people in time.
VCA decisions
VCA's published Complaints and Appeals procedure gives you 10 working days from the decision to submit a written appeal, stating your grounds and including any supporting evidence, to complaints@vca.gov.uk (for the attention of the Head of Central Quality) or by post to Bristol. An independent appeals panel decides if it is not upheld on initial review, normally within 28 working days.
VCA’s Complaints and Appeals procedureKiwa decisions
Kiwa's certification terms give every client the right to appeal a conformity assessment decision: a refusal, suspension, withdrawal, or scope reduction. KaM Auto works with Kiwa's Netherlands-headquartered Notified Body, and the exact contact depends on which Kiwa entity issued your certificate, so tell us through the form and we will confirm it, or check the documentation issued with your certificate directly.
